This business service is used to record the death date of a person.
This business service is available to authorized organizations and health care providers who deliver health services, as well as to MSP Group Plan Administrators.
Purpose
This business service captures death information and reduces fraudulent billing for health care services.
Prerequisites
Access to this business service requires Ministry of Health Services approval and a signed Data Access Agreement (DAA), or Service Level Agreement (SLA), between the organization and the Ministry.
