This business service is used to remove a dependant spouse and/or child from an employee’s MSP contract.
This business service is available to MSP Group Plan Administrators.
Purpose
This business service allows employers the ability to electronically manage the movement of people on and off their MSP accounts.
Prerequisites
Access to this business service requires Ministry of Health Services approval and a signed Data Access Agreement (DAA), or Service Level Agreement (SLA), between the organization and the Ministry.
